Vale Fine Arts FestivalThe Fifth annual Vale Fine Arts Festival will showcase the talents of area artists in the Visual, Literary, and Performing Arts arenas. A family-fun event, the festival will include artists' display booths, an "Arts Alive" performing stage, and a children's arts area. Nestled in the beautiful Rogers-Lakewood Park in Valparaiso.   Refreshments available.
